Flip-type Quick Lock
Height adjustments can be done with a single locking mechanism located on the upper section of the tripod assembly. The flip-type lock is designed from an ergonomic perspective, making it easy to finger grip from below or from the side. This tripod reduces the burden on the user and enables easy and speedy height adjustments.
Easy Maintenance
Using the included maintenance tool, users can easily adjust the tripod's lock force. The key advantage here is that the leg lock mechanism is less prone to loosening compared to typical quick-lock tripods.
Convenient Carrying Handle
The carrying handle dramatically improves portability and is not an option; it comes standard. It can also be removed if not needed.
Carbon Fiber Tripod
Compared to the QL40B aluminum tripod, the new QL40C carbon fiber tripod achieves a lighter weight design without compromising load capacity, sturdiness, or smoothness, resulting in a weight reduction of 500g / 1.1lb (2.2kg / 4.8lb total).
Load Capacity of 40kg / 88lb
The QL40C has a load capacity of 40kg / 88lb, which is much higher payload capacity compared to other quick-lock type tripods.
Compact Design
Thanks to the use of specially designed oval carbon pipes, this 75mm tripod is extremely compact despite being rigid.
Smooth Positioning
When the Quick-Lock is released, the legs extend and retract smoothly without getting jammed. You can easily set up the tripod quickly, safely, and effortlessly.
Accessory Port for Added Convenience
The base of the tripod has three sets of accessory ports with 1/4-inch and 3/8-inch threads, which are convenient for attaching accessories such as monitors and lights more stably.
Safety Design
With safety in mind, the tripod legs are carefully designed to prevent users from pinching their fingers when intentionally or unintentionally collapsing the tripod.
Weight Hook
The equipped hook allows users to hang weights, which adds even more stability to the tripod in order to endure strong winds and withstand other situations where extra stability is needed.
