New Electric Pedestals
2025.02.28 update
Libec is launching the electric pedestals for PTZ cameras, "LX-ePed 2" and "LX-ePed PRO," along with the multi-protocol converter for electric pedestals, "MPC-1."

【 LX-ePed 2 / LX-ePed 2 Studio 】
This patented product series is the world’s first electric pedestal series for PTZ cameras, and is being used in all kinds of PTZ shoots in broadcast and production fields. To better meet the increasing demand of PTZ cameras and its accessories, the LX-ePed is now renewed as the LX-ePed 2 and the LX-ePed 2 Studio with new exciting features.
These new successor models now include position presets and support IP connectivity & serial communications.

【 LX-ePed PRO 】
The LX-ePed PRO, an advanced model of the LX-ePed 2 / LX-ePed 2 Studio, was developed to meet the growing demand of PTZ cameras' diverse usage. With a larger payload capacity, reduced sound movements, and a high rigidity, this electric pedestal can be used in extreme shoot conditions.
With a payload of 30 kg / 66.1 lbs., this heavy-duty electric pedestal can support configurations such as a PTZ camera with a prompter, a combination of five PTZ cameras, or the “REMO30” remote head combined with a handheld camera. This quiet electric pedestal would also be a great fit for music concerts and other shoot sites with a low sound tolerance.

【 MPC-1 】
With the MPC-1 multi-protocol converter, the LX-ePed 2, LX-ePed 2 Studio, and LX-ePed PRO can be operated by PTZ controllers and the original PC application, LX-ePed PC APP, offering a variety of optional settings.
This makes Libec electric pedestals more convenient and suitable for diverse shooting scenes.
The MPC-1 also supports IP Connectivity for remote operations.

Libec's New Tripod!
2025.02.28 update
Libec is proud to announce a Quick Lock tripod that is considerably designed for user convenience, the new QL40B tripod!
Unlike conventional two-stage tripods with leg locks on the upper and lower sections, the QL40B features a patent-pending locking mechanism enabling quick lock and release, allowing users to adjust the tripod height using Quick Locks located on the legs' upper sections only, making height adjustments and setups super fast and easy. Without a lock on the lower section of the tripod, there is no need to bend and unlock, reducing the user's workload.
In addition, the QL40B offers a maximum height approximately 30 cm / 11.8" higher than the current model RT30B, making the QL40B tripod even more suitable for various shoot environments including events and
interviews. The QL40B also features an Accessory Port with 1/4" and 3/8" screw holes and is equipped with a user-friendly Carrying Handle for easy transportation. With its easy maintenance and outstanding convenience, the QL40B stands strong as an excellent choice in its range.
